Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Kimley Horn for a Risk and Resilience Assessment and Emergency Response Plan, in an amount not to exceed $65,000.
Consider a resolution authorizing the waiver of building and construction permit fees for repairs to properties damaged by adverse winter weather conditions the week of February 14, 2021; declaring a public purpose; and authorizing the waiver of said fees for applications received between February 22, 2021 and May 24, 2021.
