Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an all cash contract of sale and all necessary documents with Realty Capital Bedford, LLC for the purchase of property rights in land being all of Tract 1, Tract 2, and Tract 3 situated in the T.W. Williams Survey, Abstract Number 1735 in the City of Bedford, Tarrant County, Texas.
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an all cash contract of sale and all necessary documents with The Clubhouse for Special Needs, Inc. for the purchase of property rights in land and improvements being all of Bedford Lake Addition, Block 2, Lot 4 in the City of Bedford, Tarrant County, Texas. (Amended Item)
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an annual maintenance agreement with Tyler Technologies for an amount not to exceed $85,261.05.
