Consider an ordinance amending the City of Bedford Code of Ordinances, Chapter 50 – Emergency Services, Article III – Ambulances to offer the ambulance subscription program to residents and fulltime Bedford employees and requiring all subscribers to maintain medical health insurance as a requirement of the program; providing for a severability clause; and declaring an effective date.
Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 102. “Solid Waste” of the City of Bedford Code of Ordinances; repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith; containing a savings clause; and declaring an effective date.
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Scientel Solutions, LLC in the amount of $28,592.17 for the Support and Maintenance Agreement for the Point to Point (PTP) and Point to Multi-Point (PMP) Network, and an agreement for Cambium PTP Warranties.
Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Bedford, Texas approving an Economic Development Program Agreement, pursuant to Chapter 380 of the Texas Local Government Code and the City’s Economic Development Incentive Policy and Program, with Polycoat Products LLC.
Consider a resolution of the City Council of the City of Bedford, Texas approving an Abandonment Confirmation Notice.
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a one-year agreement with Valley View Consulting, L.L.C., to provide investment advisory services.
