Consider an ordinance approving a resolution authorizing the issuance, sale, and delivery of Trinity River Authority of Texas (Tarrant County Water Project) improvement revenue bonds, and approving and authorizing instruments and procedures relating thereto. 3. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Tech Logic for a Full Service Program Agreement in the amount of $18,950. 4. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Tech Logic for a Self-Checkout Software License Renewal and Extended Hardware Warranty Agreement in the amount of $9,717.

NEW BUSINESS Public hearing and consider an ordinance to rezone Lot 6R2, Block 1, First Bedford Addition, located at 2004 L. Don Dodson Drive, Bedford Texas from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to amended Planned Unit Development, specific to 4.15 of the City of Bedford Zoning Ordinance, allowing for LinQ Transport to construct a regional headquarters building within the Bedford Commons District. The property is generally located south of L Don Dodson and east of Parkwood Drive. (PZ-PUD-2017- 50025)
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve the purchase of materials for the installation of pedestrian crossing warning systems for two crosswalks on Cummings Drive, east of Murphy Drive, and a pedestrian crossing warning system on Murphy Drive, south of Cummings Drive, from Texas Highway Products, LTD, a sole source provider, in the amount of $68,613.
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to accept the technical and sealed dollar cost proposals from Weaver and Tidwell, LLP (Weaver, LLP) for independent auditing services for the City of Bedford, Texas.
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Oxley Williams and Tharp in the amount of $29,500 for the design of the plans to remodel the former Bedford Public Library building.
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to contract with Holt Cat for emergency repairs to Bedford Fire Department T153, a 2008 Crimson Aerial Truck, in the amount of $45,036.51.
