Consider Approval of Items by Consent
(Consent items are deemed to need little Council deliberation and will be acted upon as on business item. Any member of the City Council may request that an item be withdrawn from the Consent Agenda and placed before the City Council for full discussion. Approval of the Consent Agenda authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to implement each item in accordance with staff recommendation.) 1. Consider approval of the following City Council minutes: a) October 22, 2019 regular meeting 2. Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to certify the Chapter 59 Asset Forfeiture Report as required by Article 59.06 of the Code of Criminal Procedures. 3. Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to certify the Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification as required by the United States Department of Justice.
Proclamation recognizing the 2019 Fire Safety Poster Contest winners
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to purchase two automatic transmission, Peterbilt 348 Tandem Dump Trucks through Rush Truck Centers, in the amount of $273,552, utilizing the Buyboard cooperative purchasing agreement
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to continue the multi-year agreement between the City of Bedford, Texas and Motorola Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $335,175.14 for support and maintenance of the trunk radio infrastructure and for the trunk radio system manager.
