Consider Approval of Items by Consent - (Consent items are deemed to need little Council deliberation and will be acted upon
as on business item. Any member of the City Council may request that an item be withdrawn from the Consent Agenda and placed before the City Council
for full discussion. Approval of the Consent Agenda authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to implement each item in accordance with staff
recommendation.)

a) August 8, 2019 work session
b) August 13, 2019 regular meeting
2. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter a four-year contract with Scobee Foods,
Inc., for the purchase of prisoner meals for the Detention Facility.
3. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to amend the agreement with Texas Health
Resources for the City’s employee health clinic benefits effective September 1, 2019.
