CONSIDER APPROVAL OF ITEMS BY CONSENT (Consent items are deemed to need little Council deliberation and will be acted upon as on business item. NEW BUSINESS Public hearing and consider an ordinance to rezone Lot 1, Block 7, Bedford Forum Addition, located at 2100 Reliance Parkway, Bedford, Texas from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to amended Planned Unit Development (PUD), specific to Section 4.15, Planned Unit Development, of the City of Bedford Zoning Ordinance, allowing for Polycoat Products to construct a 110,700 square-foot warehouse/office building. The subject property is generally located south of Bedford Road and west of Reliance Parkway. (PZ-PUD-2017-50066)
Public hearing and consider an ordinance to rezone Lot A, Block 1, International Square Addition, located at 801 Forest Ridge Drive, Suite 109, Bedford, Texas from Planned Unit Development (PUD) to amended Planned Unit Development/Specific Use Permit /Pest and Rodent Exterminating Services, specific to Section 3.2.C(11)k of the City of Bedford Zoning Ordinance, allowing for Savior Termite and Pest Control to operate a pest and termite control business.
