Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a professional services agreement with Halff Associates, Inc., in the amount of $90,000, for the update and maintenance of the existing City Geographic Information System (GIS) database and to provide hosting services for this database.
Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Harrison Walker and Harper 1887 for the replacement of the Service Center materials storage bin canopy utilizing The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS), a National Purchasing Cooperative, in the amount of $73,620.
